I have a large collection of R/Python/Bash scripts for processing and analyzing genotype data. It is currently maintained in a restricted access GitLab repository to which MPI employees can get access.
I have written small R Shiny apps for visualizing genetic MDS components, for visualizing genetic admixture percentages, and implemented the nMonte3 algorithm in R Shiny for predicting populations from DIYDodecad admixture percentages.
The Mitotracker is a Matlab application. It is still being optimized before release.
I have also created a PHP/SQL-based fly stock collection database. It is not good enough for public release yet, but if you are interested in it, just contact me.
